Are your musicians experienced?
Yes. All our musicians are highly skilled, experienced professionals and perform together often.
What are your rates?
See our RATES page for more information
What is your payment policy?
Non-refundable deposits secure the date and will be deducted from your total bill and a "Letter of Agreement" will be emailed for your approval and acceptance. Final payment is due 60 days ahead of the event, although other arrangements may be made when necessary.
Do you play outdoors?
Yes. Because instruments can be easily damaged by direct sun, moisture or drastic temperatures, we prefer a covered area such as a porch, overhang, tent, etc. (Temperatures should be between 60 and 95 or appropriate climate control provided.) We do recommend an alternate venue in case of inclement weather but will be as flexible as possible while protecting our instruments.
Do you travel outside the Lafayette area?
Yes. Travel rates available upon request.

What are your space requirements?
We have set up in some oddly shaped spaces, but for reference, we need approximately 4' x 6' for a trio (less for a duo), 7' x 7' for a quartet (and more for larger groups).
What do I provide for you at the location?
Chairs with no arms for each musician and, if electricity is needed, there should be an outlet accessible by extension cord. Adequate lighting is appreciated.
Will you perform with additional musicians who are not booked through you?
Yes. If a rehearsal is required by the additional musician(s), we will include a 15-minute run-through immediately before prelude without charge.
Do you attend wedding rehearsals?
This is not necessary and rarely done. In the weeks before the event, we will be in communication with you or your coordinator for ceremony details. However, for an additional fee we can attend the rehearsal provided we are available.
Will you play after the wedding for cocktail hour and/or reception?
Yes. Although there is an additional fee, it is well worth the added expense to set an elegant, sophisticated tone.
Do we meet with you?
There is no charge for planning by phone or email. Meetings are possible for an extra fee but are not typically necessary.
Is it possible to see your group perform live?
It may be possible but most events are private and each has various combinations of instruments, vocalists, etc. Our reputation has been built over 30 years of experience and you can be confident that you will have the best live music around. Check our home page for upcoming live public events, such as bridal shows and concerts. Please also see our videos.
How do I select the correct ensemble?
We will guide you according to your preferences, venue, number of guests and budget. See our Handel "Air" videos to hear a few different ensemble arrangements.
How do I select the music?
We will assist you according to the ensemble you choose by providing recommendations, or you may choose from our play lists.
What if I want a selection not included on your play list?
Even though it is not listed, please ask as we are constantly adding new selections. If there is no music available, or if it is available but not arranged for the particular ensemble you have chosen, it may be necessary to have the music arranged for an additional fee.
